We do not have fixed packages – we put together your offer individually and work to your budget. Call us or write to us with your preferred date and number of guests.
Dates
On all opening days
Our restaurant is open Saturday and Sunday from 12 noon and Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 5 pm. Christmas parties from 10 guests are possible on all of these days.
The popular Fridays and Saturdays in December go quickly – it is best to ask early.

What is the minimum group size for a Christmas party?
From 10 guests, on all days the restaurant is open. Smaller groups celebrate in the club room or at the bar with bowling alley, larger parties in the hall for up to 80 guests.
Do you offer a buffet or a set menu?
Both are possible. We agree the scope and price flexibly with you – to suit your budget, group size and taste.
Do you serve kale (Grünkohl)?
Yes, we serve Grünkohl, the traditional northern German winter kale dish – also for Christmas parties and groups. Just ask us about it.
Can we go bowling during the Christmas party?
Yes. Our bowling alley with bar has room for up to 25 guests and combines well with food and celebrating.
Can guests stay overnight after the party?
Yes, our 10 renovated rooms are right here – on the ground floor, each with its own entrance. Breakfast is served the next morning. Free parking is available right by the house.
How are drinks charged?
Either as a flat rate or by consumption – whichever suits your group best.
How far is it from Geesthacht and Hamburg?
Geesthacht lies directly opposite on the other bank of the Elbe; via the Elbe bridge at the Geesthacht weir you reach us quickly. Hamburg is about 40 km away, Lüneburg about 30 km.
